Delivery & Returns

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Once you select your preferred delivery option during checkout, our system will automatically calculate your delivery fee based on the distance from our London studio to your destination, as well as the size and complexity of your order.
 

After your order is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time that fits your availability. All deliveries within the UK mainland are carried out with our premium White Glove Service, ensuring the utmost care, smooth installation, and exceptional attention to detail. Delivery timelines vary depending on the items ordered and may take up to 28 days.
 

COLLECTION FROM OUR LONDON STUDIO
We offer a complimentary collection service from our London studio. Simply choose the "Collect from Studio" option at checkout, and a member of our team will reach out to confirm a convenient pickup time. Please allow at least 48 hours for preparation, and wait for our confirmation before visiting the studio to collect your item(s).
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For clients outside the UK, we offer international delivery through trusted third-party logistics partners. If you require delivery abroad, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange the best solution for your location. Alternatively, you can select the “Collect from Studio” option and coordinate international shipment through your own logistics provider.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our After Sales Support team at sales@doganlondon.co.uk. Once your request is received, we will provide you with a return note and shipping labels. Refunds are issued after a full inspection, provided the returned items are in unused, original condition.
 

Please note: Returns without a valid return number and documentation will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will reflect the original delivery fee calculated at checkout. Free delivery offers do not apply to returns.
