While we don’t offer in-house interior design services, we’re here to guide you through the entire process with honesty, technical expertise, and a clear sense of design integrity. Whether you arrive with a rough sketch or a full set of plans, we’ll work with you to make the journey smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable.

Guidance & Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your needs, your ideas, and the character of your space. No matter what stage you're at—just starting or nearly there—our team is ready to assist, advise, and guide you clearly and professionally.

Assessment & Estimation
Following our consultation, we’ll prepare a tailored estimate based on the information you provide.
If you're unsure about measurements or technical details, that’s absolutely fine. We can arrange a professional site survey to ensure every element is captured accurately—from access points to installation logistics.
3.
Quote & Agreement
Once you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll prepare a detailed, no-obligation quotation for your review. Where suitable, we’ll suggest value-engineered options to help you make the most of your budget without sacrificing design or quality.
To confirm your project, we simply ask for your approval, a deposit, and a signed Joinery Supply & Installation Agreement. If a site visit hasn’t yet taken place, we’ll arrange one at this point.
4.
Site Survey, Drawings & Sampling
Our experienced surveyors will take precise measurements to ensure a seamless fit. These measurements form the basis of our technical shop drawings, prepared for your review and approval.
You'll also be invited to select from a curated range of samples, including wood veneers, lacquer finishes, fabrics, and leathers. In certain cases, we can produce mock-ups or sample components to help you visualise the finished product.
5.
Approvals & Production
Once all drawings and finishes are approved, your furniture moves into production. Our highly skilled craftspeople—working across our dedicated factories in Istanbul and Antalya—combine traditional joinery with advanced technology to deliver lasting quality.
We’ll keep you updated throughout via Monday.com project software, so you’re never left wondering. Progress images and timelines are shared with complete transparency.
6.
Delivery & Installation
We deliver and install worldwide, with our project management team on hand every step of the way. Whether in London or further afield, we ensure your bespoke joinery arrives safely and is installed with precision and care.
7.
Aftercare & Health Checks
Your relationship with us doesn’t end at installation. We provide tailored care and maintenance guidance to help you look after your furniture long-term, from wood care to fabric protection.
Need assistance later down the line? We’re here for that too. Whether it's small adjustments, cleaning advice, or a future refresh, we offer aftercare and health check visits to keep everything performing as it should.

• 12-month installation warranty
• 24-month manufacturing warranty This covers material or craftsmanship defects under normal residential use. If something isn’t right, simply send us a few photos with a description, and we’ll take it from there. *Terms & Conditions apply.
