From the moment you connect with us—whether online or by visiting our studio—our team is here to ensure you receive the highest level of service. Once your bespoke furniture is ready, our highly trained Delivery Team will reach out to arrange a delivery date and time that suits your schedule.
On the day of delivery, the team will place each piece exactly where you want it in your home. If any existing furniture needs to be moved to accommodate the new items, our team will assist without hesitation. For larger pieces, such as beds, wardrobes, or dining tables, our team will handle the full assembly and ensure everything is securely installed and positioned to your satisfaction.
We believe that the delivery process should be just as refined and worry-free as the design and craftsmanship of our furniture — and that’s what we deliver.
Access Check / Survey
At Dgn London, we understand that access can sometimes be challenging — from narrow doorways to tight staircases. If you anticipate any delivery difficulties, simply let us know. Our team can assess your space in advance, and for bespoke pieces, we can design them for on-site assembly if required.
Quality Assurance
Before leaving the workshop, each piece of furniture undergoes a thorough quality check by our skilled craftsmen. Every detail—from stitching and finishes to dimensions and structure—is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our highest standards.
For larger items such as beds and headboards, a trial assembly is carried out to guarantee a flawless fit and impeccable quality. Only once we are fully satisfied is the item carefully packaged and prepared for safe delivery.
Delivery
Our delivery team brings not only the expertise to handle your bespoke furniture with utmost care, but also the precision required for smooth and careful installation. For international clients, we work with trusted logistics partners who uphold the same high standards as our in-house team.
Once your furniture is installed, all packaging materials are removed from the premises, ensuring your space is left clean and ready to enjoy. A final quality check is then carried out, and we consider the job complete only when you are fully satisfied with the result.
